About the Program:

● Camp Dates: July 7th – July 27th, 2025
● Location: Santa Barbara City College
● Registration Deadline: June 22nd, 2025
● Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
● Filming Day Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* This camp is open to high school and college students ages 14-23.
After registering with the link below, the summer camp participant is required to fill out the application on this page. The application will help us assign each participant to their respective crew positions. Each participant will receive 3 different crew positions, such as but not limited, director, producer, camera operator, etc.

Application Instructions:
● Please complete this application thoughtfully and honestly.
● Provide detailed answers to all questions.
● Your application will be reviewed by the program committee.
● The deadline for registration & application is June 22nd, 2025.
● We will notify you of your crew member placement by June 22nd 2025.
Please understand that you might not get the crew member position you may have wanted, but we will assign the position that our program committee believes best suites you! We will carefully craft each team considering everyone’s strengths and interests!

Volunteer Application for Catching Blessings “Filming The Future” Summer Camp
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated adult volunteers to assist at our upcoming “Filming The Future” Summer Camp. As a volunteer, you’ll play a vital role in helping our teens learn the ins and outs of filmmaking while gaining hands-on experience in production.
Volunteers will work as Production Assistants on set, contributing to the smooth operation of the camp and supporting both the crew and the students. As a PA, Please note that creative input on set is not encouraged or required.
Volunteer Responsibilities:
● Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment.
● Support the crew in managing tasks on set, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
● Help organize materials, props, and equipment for each filming day.
● Provide guidance and support to the teen participants, helping them navigate production tasks.
● Be an active team member, ensuring a positive, collaborative, and safe working
environment on set.
Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years old.
● Strong interest in filmmaking and an eagerness to work in a collaborative, creative
environment.
● Must be dependable, professional, and capable of following instructions.
● Ability to work with teens and create a supportive atmosphere.
● Background check required for all applicants
